Our services are always free to try, so you can prepare and review your income tax return for no charge. You will only be charged if you choose to print or file your return. Signing up to File Your Taxes

Signing up to file your taxes can be done in five easy steps. Here is how the process works:

1. Fill out our sign-up form. The first step to signing up for tax preparation services is to complete our online sign-up form. We just need some basic contact information from you, and you will be on your way to trying our services.
2. Create a free account or log in as an existing customer. When we match you with tax preparation services, you will need to log in (if you are already a customer) or create a new account. Creating an account is completely free. New customers will select a username and password in creating an account.
3. Fill out the questionnaire. In order to tailor our tax preparation services to your needs, we ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire on your income tax situation. Once you complete this questionnaire, your tax prep service will automatically put together the worksheets you need to begin filing taxes. You will also be able to switch easily back and forth between worksheets.
4. Fill out the worksheets and do the calculations. As you complete each worksheet, you will be able to calculate and review your income tax return. Again, this service is free.
5. Choose to file or print your return. If you decide you would like to pay for tax preparation services and finish your return, you can opt to either print your return or e-file it. All of our customers have access to quick and simple e-file options. With e-file, you can file your income taxes completely online for maximum convenience.
